Welcome to our travel blog. We’re Trudy and Andy (Trandy.) Follow along with us as we bring you scenes from our island base as well as photos and stories from some of the amazing places we’ve been throughout the world.
We met about twelve years ago online and realized we shared a similar passion for traveling and exploring. I’m originally from Speightstown, Barbados and Trudy is from Helmbrechts, Germany. We’re married now and have spent some time in the USA, but we’re recently retired and enjoying the island life in Barbados. When not travelling internationally, we’re out exploring our little island, trying to find interesting stories to bring to you. Between us, we’ve been to over sixty countries and are always thinking, “where to next”?

What a beautiful story! My partner and I met online 4 years ago and are getting married next year 🙂 Between us both, we’ve been to 10 countries, 4 together. By God’s grace we’ll share decades of adventures and new countries. God bless you both and keep sharing your adventures. I enjoy reading them.
